Mail in Computer Service
- Fill out the service request and print out to be included with the computer. Make sure you document all problems or damages to the computer, any damages not documented will be returned not repaired.
- Securely pack in the original packaging or similar foam surround. For a nominal charge we can ship out an empty box with surround.
- Drop off at any UPS or FedEx and ship to:

- Once we receive the computer, we will document any damages incurred in shipping and troubleshoot your repairs requested.
- We will notify you on the repair estimate, you may also receive an estimate before shipping the computer to us.
- You may choose to repair or just pay the troubleshooting charge along with any incurred shipping charges.
- Upon completion, payment will be received and the computer will be shipped back to you.
All the above applies along with the following: All damage will be documented upon arrival of computer. Any damage not listed on your form will result in non-acceptance of our service. It is your responsibility to document any problems with the computer, as only those listed will be troubleshooted. You are responsible for shipping the computer to us. We recommend using the original packing material or similar foam surround. We recommend insuring your package, as damage upon arrival will be your responsibility. We use UPS or FedEx as shipping and all of our returns will be insured and you will be supplied a tracking number. Any special order part may take 5 to 10 business days for us to receive. Please note the extra time, we will keep you updated via email or online status. For general repairs on in stock hardware and software, the turnaround time is 24 Hours.
