How It Works
- Either drop off your computer in our shop or mail it in to us. You can also schedule an in-home service call. Be prepared and supply all of your software discs and codes.
- Fill out the customer sheet and sign the waiver giving us permission to work on the computer.
- We will troubleshoot the computer problems and contact you with the results within 24 hours of receiving the computer.
- You will have the choice to go ahead with the repairs for the estimate that we give you, or you can just pay the troubleshooting charge.
- If you choose file back-up, we store the data for a maximum of 30 days and then delete all files. Remember to check your data after you receive your computer, as we will not be able to retrieve it after the 30 days.
- A clean install requires all your current software and programs re-installed. Make sure you provide us with your key codes for re-installation. Without these codes, your programs will not run on your computer and you will be responsible for installing the software.
- Once the work is completed, we will contact you for pick-up or we will ship the computer back to you.

- Never open attachments from unknown sources.
- Backup your important data.
