Where Do I Find My Case or Repair ID?

Your Case or Repair ID should have been provided to you at the time you requested service. Your Repair ID is also available in the confirmation email you received from Powell's Computing.

 

Where Do I Find My Serial Number?

Your product's serial number will appear in any repair documentation and service confirmation email when you request service.
